Phenomenal Males, an Alpha Phi Alpha mentoring imitative, presents Suited For Success, an event with a primary purpose of providing young males from the Schenectady area with the knowledge and tools necessary to navigate, perform, and ultimately succeed in professional environments. During the workshop, Union College Faculty, Staff and Administrators will cover the following: How to tie a tie, discuss business etiquette, and impart valuable information on image management—each an integral life skill for employ-ability and self-esteem.
